Pros
I love the way they look, they have a minimalist look to them and they are also less bulky than the tribase riegn 5. They are less expensive than metcons or reebok nanos and to me tribase reigns perform way better.

They are perfect for crossfit because they're light and the sole is sturdy enough for lifting but also soft enough for running.
Out of all tribase reigns, these and the 4s are my top favorite
Metcons are way too stiff for me and i've even had a hard time running with them.
Durability wise i've only been working out with them for a couple but they are holding strong.

You may not be able to run a marathon in them but sprints or 23 miles are a piece of cake in these shoes

I usually wear between a 9 12 and 9 but because this are thin i found that a size 9 is perfect
