Pros

I like the the straps are adjustable and the pads can come out. I am petite 5'2 so having the adjustable straps is fantastic. I know others have mentioned stitching down the pads, but i don't have any issues with chafing from the stitching.

It works for yoga, running, piyo, etc. Both the regular sports bra and the adjustable bra are so comfortable.

Cons

The back is terrible for people with any back fat. This is for skinny people only.
