I purchased a half size larger than normal and they fit like a snugger version of my normal size

They have a decent amount of cushioning but not as much as you get from a higher end pair of runners such as hoka or brooks

I am used to on cloud or hokas and these do not have that level of cushioning but i anticipated that as they have thinner soles
