Pros

Reviewer says shoes fit perfectly. Adds heel gel pad for her narrow heels. Says shoe is durable and comfortable.

Cons

The heel goes up pretty high and is super stiff just it just digs into your ankle. No comfort, no cushion. Just not comfortable and seemed cheaply made.
