Pros

Lightweight, and good wicking fabric. They compress without being overly restrictive. They keep me dry and chafe free.

Theses shorts stay in place and don't rid up when i run and allow me to finally be able to run in shorts! These have a small waistband pocket at the back which is convenient.

These are my favorite compression shorts for intense cardio workouts, or a light day of yoga. No chafing like in other non compression style running shorts.

The large is one inch longer. I am a man with a 36-inch waist and these fit me well. I'm bigger, but they were a little bug on me anyways.

Cons

The interior seam on the legs is like sandpaper. It's annoying at best, and can inflict a * wound at worst. I have a few pairs of other brands that are much more flattering.
