This is a fairly mini decent power bar not a surge protector see below thats rated for 12a1500w noticeably less than most fullsized ones but more than 34 outlet ones combined with 3x usb port supporting up to qc18w via a single usbc port and ordinary 10w 5v2a0 via the 2x usba ports

Many phones display such messages when its drawing more than 7

As such the 2x usba ports which support only up to 10w 5v2a are not really quick charging capable
