The constantly rotating head makes writing (on paper) perfect. The rotating tip noticeably improves the experience of using this pencil.
The uni kuratogas generally fare well on the reviews, but i've found that reviewers seem to prefer the pentels. Their rolling mechanism is unique. Strathmore 400 loves it also! Since discovering these they're the only mechanical pencil i buy.
Cons

The lead rotating mechanism is no joke and does a great job at preventing a razor edge from developing at the tip and ripping the paper.

When i go this pen which doesnt break lead nearly as much as the alternatives i got to writing and finished like 5 pages in the first week
