Pros

Everything is as advertised. Works great but is unexpectedly very lightweight which makes me question durability. Other than that they are fine.

Bought this phone along with the uniden dect4096 for a one-man office solution. Fantastically reliable phones. Service is messed up, but this phone is a keeper.

Easy to set-up, easy to use, and sleek color matches anything! Has clear soundand looks great. Great audio quality both from the receiver and the speaker.

Cons

Customer service line has waits of 30 minutes or more. Incoming calls only make the machine chirp. Could not plug the telephone cord into the phone itself.

The dect4096 failed my tests with serious distortion issues that could not be resolved, so i'll give it to someone else.

The remote paging feature that is supposed to ring a lost handset.

This was a great deal on a very good phone.

Amazon really saved me a bunch of money and i ended up with a phone system that was easy to use, reliable and has very good sound quality.

My need was to have two more cordless phones in the house but an additional cordless phones was $78.

The amazon price was much better than the local best buy, too!

The phone were received in a timely manner and set-up was easy.
