My neurosurgeons told me i need to strengthen my back and improve my posture so i was hoping this brace would help train myself to start walking and bending and sitting properly

When i first got it it looked a lot like a normal back brace and to me those are completely useless for what i was trying to achieve so to be honest i was a bit skeptical and disappointed
