While the bulk of my backpack stays dry and i stay safe because drivers can see that reflective label water still rolls down the back of my jacket and inside this shell

It then drips down the inside of the shell and accumulates at the bottom

The hole in the bottom of the shell is insufficient for evacuating this water so the bottom of my backpack gets wet along with everything in it that is located at the bottom
