Pros

It is really watertight and includes an additional phone bag that allows using your phone thru the bag. For best waterproof results, that's exactly what you want. Great for tubing.

Cons

Reviewer let it float for a little while, came back later, and pulled it out. Folded over 4 times. Everything was soaked.
