Also as others have noted the little lever piece that controls water flow into the mouthpiece sometimes gets loose or even falls out

We couldn’t figure out how to get it into the bladder without breaking it until my stepped in and squeezed the whole thing together and slid it into the opening for water as quick and easy as that and it popped right open

I really wish that there had been included instructions on how to use the hanger for the bag so between that and my worries about the straw cleaner i am knocking off a star

You already have to use your hand to put it in you mouth so opening and closing the valve should be no problem for anyone
