Pros
This rug is so soft. It's not the softest but it's soft enough. Not too shaggy that it can't be vacuumed easily.
The brown is actually more of a dark tan but no complaints here. It’s the teal color and matches perfectly. It's plush without being a *.
The rug is very soft, beautiful and plush. Given the weight of the rug which feels relatively light, it is very fluffy and a real pleasure to walk on, especially barefoot!
Cons
By 6 months was completely matted & looked really bad. Still smelled bad and was not cushiony. The rug is dangerous. Our bed is a huge pain to disassemble to move it.
The ivory comes across as a solid color, but is in fact patches of white and tan. The edges are uneven and noticeable.

It is extremely think, well made and great quality.
These rugs are the best quality i've found online.
I've bought one of rug and it was so cheaply made that i only trust this brand of rugs now for a real carpet thickness.

It was a great price for the value!
The price is just right for a starter home bedroom and it fits awesome.
If i had purchased this size of rug somewhere else, it would have cost me an arm and a leg!
All the offers on the top pages were either too expensive, or had a lousy flat pile.
Shipping
I had an issue with shipping and they sent me another one with very little hassle, great customer service!
Packaging/appearance
It came folded so i was uncertain it would lay nicely, but just a few days later laid out and it looked great!
It came folded and the creases should be able to be walked out in a day or two.

I read other reviews saying the light blue looked more greenish like the picture than light blue

Had a lot of waves bumps curls like most new area rugs but i weighed them down and most came out
