Pros & Cons
Pros
Upp is a proper battery company and you really should talk to them directly through the amazon email or something else <uppbetter@163. Com. They make all kinds of customized batteries and can get you just what you want. Adding the new inserts was e... Read More
Comes with a charger and mounting screws. If its cutting off at too high of voltage open it up and check the voltages. Other than the mounting system the battery is a great buy.
Highlights

The internals are well constructed, with appropriate anti-vibration measures and good electrical shielding.

Price
I've been really enjoying the 30 miles throttle the battery gave me at a good price.
Which was the best battery at the lowest price posible.
The included charger sucks, i'd rather they just left that out and shave $20 off the total cost.
5 ah battery at $ 369 which was less of a price than buying another battery at the ecotric website for a 36v 12ah battery.
Shipping
2 day delivery, and they picked up on my request in my comments for sending with xt-60 connectors.
Shipped same day as order, received in 1 business day friday to monday.
It came to me last monday which means it took 13days to get here (us).
Packaging/appearance
It arrived in great condition and is doing a great job providing power to the kit.
All this to say: if you charge it with the included charger, make sure the pack is switched off, and you won't have an issue.
Requested a adapter and they included unsoldered xt90 plug w wire, but came with xt60 discharge and 3 amp xlr charger.
Competitiveness
Anyway, battery works great so far, price is good, and upp is a real company located in california.
I even considered buying a better bike even though it would be a waste of my current bike and my money.
It is a 200$ cheaper battery when compared to the bike manufacturer and is spec wise a better battery.
It seemed those three were the only options from what i searched on the internet and what a lot of other guys did.
