Quality
So far, i'm quite happy with the product and would buy again.
I am extremely pleased with the service and the quality of the battery i purchased.
I had an issue with the charger.
In the future hopefully they can resolve the issue with the 52 v 21 amp hour chargers.
Price
It is a bit expensive, but i think it is worth the price i have a little over 125miles on the battery currently.
What ever the cost, every time i ride and save on gas, which is 5 dollars a gallon right now, what ever i spent on th e bike, its worth it.
Packaging/appearance
The problem is the plate has three holes and the predrilled holes only two.

Competitiveness
My rad expand5 like most stock bikes came with a 48v 13.
I used solder and seal connectors and a heat gun to easily give a water tight connection to a xt60 plug.
They took that battery back, then bought the cheapest 36v to replace, and my bike has never run faster or stronger.
I have a 1500w brushless hub motor for my ebike and i have the 48v 20ah version of this product.
