There are many things it can be used for. Plenty of handy attachments. As a hobbyist its the tool of choice. Does what it says, plenty of useful bits n bobs.
The kit seems to work fine and for detail cleaning such as in cars, they're probably a good choice. The plastics used feel strong and not brittle. Saves my daily detailing life with automotive.
Cons
Way too fiddly and not as good as expected. The smell of the hose permeates whatever room you use it in. The pipe is too small for keyboards.

Also the different attachments can be used for lots of other delicate cleaning jobs ie computer keyboard tight gaps in the car
