Pros
Impressed with the options available (min/max dimming, pilot lights, etc). It's a z-wave dimmer and it works!
The homeseer zee 2s works great with my raspberry pi and husbzb-1 usb adapter running home assistant. Works great with both smartthings and google home. Works well with wink, ring and wink wink.
Great standard sized switch. I like the feel / click of the paddle, it feels almost like the * on a mouse. I suspect several of the posted does not work reviews are the consequence of the installer not figuring out how to correctly wire this switch.
Cons
Z wave constantly falls off network (wink hub 2) this is to me a deal breaker, whats the point of having a smart switch with status updates to the hub if it does not do it always so you cannot trust what your hub tells you? This requires the circuit b... Read More
Just small little comments 3/4 down discription. Box is big and difficult to fit, very capricious to work. Seems flaky, loses communication.

Z wave pairing was fast and easy to accomplish.
Competitiveness
I purchased this so i would have a z-wave extender.
It's a z-wave dimmer and it works!
Even more pricey if you are using it on a 3-way switch.
I now have switched everything over to z-wave which operates on its own z-wave network and the wifi is much better.

There is poor integration in the ring app but was able to create alexa routines to control the switch on timers or when a ring camera detects motion

There is an audible sound when the switch turns on and off but its no worse than any of the other standard push button switches in my house

There is a very audible click when this switch is turned on and off either directly or by the companion remote switch

This click comes from the relay inside the switch and not the switch paddle

Just be aware this is normal for this switch and some reviewers have found this to be annoying
