The monitors are crystal clear. The reader is pretty sensitive, which makes for a great picture, but also if there are any scratches at all, it pixelates very easily. Got a replacement quickly.

Cons
Under the screen was a small crawling bug. Disappointed in lack of instructions. Seems not much has changed.
Can't use the aux out/headphone jack while using the ir wireless headphone. Never did get the headphones to sync. Headphones only work on one channel and are very spotty.

Excellent construction with a leather screen protector velcro in place
It was easy to install and the installation to the headrest poles is nice and super sturdy!
Had issues with one of the screens the first time - buttons didn't respond.
It doesn't have clear instructions on how to prepare it for mounting.

Arrived early and my daughter loved it on our 6 hour trip to minnesota!
The dvd players arrived quickly, in new, safe packaging.

Item was packaged nicely, easy set up.
Everything was in the box, 2 dvd players, 2 ir headphones that fit my kids (5,7), and 2 remotes.

I've had other vehicles with factory installed audio/ video systems that don't compare to the quality of these.
