I did have a couple of issues the vesa mount screw inserts on my tv are not centered they are closer to the top of the tv this caused the mounting plate to protrude higher that the tv

Very unsightly so i had to drill new holes in the plate to lower the plate more to center of tv

The arm was too long and showed below the tv so i had to shorten by using a hacksaw

Swivel screwnuts must be loosened or tightened depending on your tv i also lubricated with a touch of white lithium grease where the washer meets the swivel plate

There was a cosmetic piece of plastic that i removed so it does catch and hold the tv as described

Ive tightened the hinge bolts and may devise a simple rod of the correct length to insert diagonally to keep in place since in our application we wont be folding it up at all
