Pros & Cons
Pros
It's very easy to apply and once its glued down it will not come lose. Easy to add picture adhesive. Installation takes time, but it's not tough. Unrolling the strip and leaving it for a couple of days helps, and installing it in warm weather help.
The trick is to buy the right sealant to make sure this stuff adheres to you concrete floor well. Keeps water, snow and seals perfect. Also seals the bottom as my garage is air conditioned.
Cons
This product is useless and i wish i hadn’t wasted my money on it. It leaves a gap for water and debris to get in. Now i have a useless strip which will leave a * permanent mark/glue on my garage door floor.

Easy to use, trim to fit and close the door on it
I've struggled with water coming in when it rains ,even called the builder out to resolve it and had to keep trying things with no result.
Dont buy the glue from amazon, it was dried out.
Packaging/appearance
Forgot to raise enclosed area 1/2" for water to come in.
I didn’t realize it didn’t come with the sealant.
