Pros & Cons
Pros
Unrolling the strip and leaving it for a couple of days helps, and installing it in warm weather help. Solved issue of uneven concrete where garage door contacts concrete.
Good floppy rubber. Sturdy and durable but not bulky.
It works excellent to prevent water from permeating in or out. Stopped the rain from leaking into the garage on the first night. Keeps water, snow and seals perfect.
Cons
The hump which facilitates the seal is very minor and should be larger to be effective. This product is useless and i wish i hadn’t wasted my money on it. Doesnt come with the adhesive.
Don't buy. Too stiff and hard. Directions were written poorly.
Highlights
Quality
This was very easy to install and great quality.
This strip is sturdy, strong and it was easy enough to place under the door.
I've struggled with water coming in when it rains ,even called the builder out to resolve it and had to keep trying things with no result.
Dont buy the glue from amazon, it was dried out.
Price
Especially happy since a competing product was about $450 for a 3 car garage.
Packaging/appearance
Forgot to raise enclosed area 1/2" for water to come in.
I didn’t realize it didn’t come with the sealant.
