Used the voice control, worked first time, the back button, the volume, etc all work easily, correctly.
I don't understand the review stating the quality was bad as i find them like genuine.
It would also be good if i could return the existing one to be reconditioned as its probably something easy to fix which i am unable to

Worth every penny if your tv is compatible!

Buying as replacement to identical remote that shipped with my tv got chewed by the dog!

Brilliant, there are lots of cheaper alternatives that look remarkably similar out there, but you can’t beat genuine samsung quality.
Both remotes had different model numbers but both worked just like new.
For me it's a bit better than the original one because of the more "physical " like buttons.

I have a 5yr old samsung 55” curved tv the remote was getting old hard to get functions to work without repeated pressing of button
