Pros

Each chewable delivers 1gm of creatine. The jug says to take a serving after a workout, but i normally take two tablets before and two tablets after each workout.

Cons

These are hard, chalky tablets. These aren't chews they're edible tablets. Also tastes like chalk.

Not sure they should be branded as chews unless jawbreakers are considered the same. It's called a chew it should be called a crunch.
