Pros

Best bcaa/eaa in my opinion. Can be used at pre workout & it has no caffeine which is great!

It is a little pricey, but it is worth it to me. Good value from a price-per-serving standpoint. Will be purchasing again.

Cons

Taste is * and not even like grape. This product does the job technically. The current trend for sports supplements is to get away from proprietary blends.
