Pros

Vanilla smoothie mixes well in a shaker cup. Flavors include cinnamon bun, chocolate brownie, and strawberry.

Grams of protein per serving (a nice amount) with all of the added other benefits gives you a great protein shake to have pre or post workout. Great basic protein for the casual gym goer.

Cons

Apparently my last review got deleted due to blunt honesty. It is to the point where i feel nauseous after drinking a shake.

This really taste terrible! It mixes terribly. It's definetely some cheap factory made vanilla that tastes like chalk. The strawberry flavor is horrifically artificial. The texture is not great either--its gritty, like drinking sand water.
