Probably a good idea to do this with any waterproof case you buy since though i suspect failures are rare they can happen with any manufacturing process and its best to find out with something cheap

While it did fit my phone it barely fit with the thin case i have on it very thin tpu case

When i first purchased this item i wasnt aware that it was clear on both sides so if you wanted to could take a picture while in this sleeve

It can be a little challenging locating and pressing the buttons on the side of the phone samsung galaxy s7 edge so i have marked their location on the outside of the case with a thin sharpie to remove the guesswork
