Izone deals ignored my calls, messages and emails until the warranty was up. Also, no headphone jack. It has one big it switches off automatically quite often.

Over all i am satisfied with the purchase.
Was a touch disappointed with the fact that no usb cable was included, and that no cd was in package, but all else, excellent.
Competitiveness
Used one for over 2yr and better ones are now hard to get, so bought this for a spare.
