Price
It is too expensive and too difficult to maintain to use every day for people with long thick hair.
Have used since it hit the market to sell i buy full price since my whether don't carry the line.
It’s not the end of the world but, for the price, it really should work.
Very sad but want it enough to pay full price.

Like a lot of the people here, i got this in my glossy box and immediately fell in love.
Competitiveness
I do think it's making my hair softer and adding shine more than any other shampoo alone, so it's really good not perfect.
I liked the way that product worked, though, and this unwash is the only cleansing conditioner product that seemed to be similar.

It has none of the cancercausing ingredients and my hair after 23 weeks stopped producing so much oil to compensate for the oil depleting ingredients of all the shampoos i used to use so i dont need to wash it as often
