Pros
These mats really hold spills. Bought for a larger drip tray for my kegerator. Keeps my table clean from lime juice and simple syrup.
This mat is pretty awesome. Can't beat it for the $. A simple, functional, logo-less bar mat.
Cons
After opening the package there was a very strong smokey rubber smell. Still smelled. Still, no discernible change in smell. I suspect the oil has bonded to anything plastic inside the dishwasher.
The winco is soft and laid flat as soon as i took it out of the box. It's a thinner mat now too - whereas it used to be 12mm thick, it's now down to 9mm thick. This is a shrinkage of 25%. This is made of a much flimsier material and the nubs on the ma... Read More

Overall very effective and a good price.

I keep my gin and vermouths in the fridge and when i make drinks, these mats catch all the condensation that rolls off of the bottles.

It did smell like plastic when we first got it but i followed other recommendations that i saw and soaked it in warm vinegar water

I was worried that it might be wrinkled because of the way it was packaged but it lays very flat with no permanent war page
