Bought this knife knowing it was an inexpensive model.

I bought this knife on may 10, 2015 and i am back to tell you that on 6/23/2017 this knife is still absolutely unbelievable for the price.

Competitiveness

It's easier to use and sharpen than the cheaper tramontina kitchen knives we buy at costco.

I have bought a bunch of knives similar to this one as i am trying to find something as good as a victorinox for a better price.

Anyway, this knife comes much sharper than the mercer's and is actually hand ground.
