The hooks are a bit flimsy and swivel which is annoying so i ended up not using them

I wanted to clear up counter space but i realized that even if these were hung on the wall between the counter and the cabinets i would still need that space to reach and return the knives to the strip

I decided to mount them to the side of my refrigerator that is up against the end of my counter

Besides the side of the fridge is space not being used and its out of eye shot from anyone entering my kitchen

I use one for storing knives so the hooks became useless

The other one i use the hooks to hold keys and knick knacks and i also leave frequently used objects like a lighter multifunction tools and pens stuck on
