Pros
The dispenser holds more coffee than our 12 cup coffee maker makes. It holds 74 oz and the capacity in the pot is 60 oz for the next 7 hours. Coffee stays warm enough to drink for about 10 to 12 hours.
Keeps beverage warm for a good amount of time. I run hot water in them and let them sit while the coffee is brewing. It is a wonderful pot which can keep warmth for long hours.
The pump is the only way to go, as it easily dispenses and is easy to clean. There is a pump handle on top so no spilling or burning!
Cons
The final one (which suspiciously arrived 2 days later) barely works at all. Liquid only comes at a dribble. Would advise against this design.

It's also simple to dispense because there is a pump handle on top so no spilling or burning!
Yes, it is a little expensive but you get what you pay for so i can see paying the price.
There are restaurant equipment outlets selling lids for $6-7 but shipping is $12 and not sure if it will fit our pot.

Shipping was good on both and they are glass lined which seem to be best for holding heat.
My only complaint is that the first one that was shipped the glass inner had shattered.

They have a thermal glass lining that is fragile and doesnt like being dropped
