Just what i needed and the quality is tops!
It is far too large to sit on it even with the indented lip.
I had a lid for the fissler that sort of fit.

I have a fissler 11 in and a demeyere 12 in pan.
Inexpensive high-quality cover that i purchased for a 14 inch skillet.
Granted, i'm using it as a heat deflector in a kamado style smoker, but it does a fine job in that capacity.
But it is smallish in the vollrath 12in fry pan.

Overall width outside diameter 15116inner lip outside diameter 14116lip depth 716so whatever pot or pan you use will need to have an opening at minimum 14116 and not a hair less but not greater than 15 and the opening will have to remain at least 14116 for the top 716 of the pot or pan

In my case my frying pan is all correct except that it reduces too much in width just below the top so the lid will not sit into the pan fully

Unfortunately its too expensive of a lid to keep with a poor fit so i will be returning it

While this is a nice heavy stainless steel lid it does not fit the lodge 14” wok as was suggested

Also note that the lid has more of a brushed finish it isnt polished like it seems to be in the picture
