Pros
These spreaders are perfect for making sandwiches and spreading anything that spreads. It's more of a rounded wave that a slightly rounded zig zag. This is my third best rated of the four knives that i tried for producing waffle fries at home.
This thing is solidly built. Very close to my mom's, but a bit sturdier. The d-handle design is a superior configuration for utility, safety, and ergonomics in applications involving firmer veggies.
Cons
Despite glowing reviews, this thing is garbage. Flimsy, arrived bent in padded envelope, loose metal in wooden handle. Broke after cutting just 1 batch of soap. The wooden handles are not dishwasher safe.
It is shorter than expected. The length is too short. Moderate usage, 4x/wk.

I dont own a dishwasher so i cant say much about that because i hand wash every thing

A couple of minor things i do not like about them spreads like peanut butter can get stuck in the grooves so you need to pay attention to those areas when washing see picture
