Pros & Cons
Pros
Inductive charging is also a plus - no more storing and then searching for power cord. Setting the irrigator in the charger is better then plugging it in. I have the travel case but am not sure it will fit my newest one.
The toilettree poseidon is an upgrade from the previous model. It is quieter than most and easier to change the battery.
Cons
Water pik needs to be trashed. Plastic head was not well engineered. Media could not be loaded.
This is my third and last time i purchased poseidon waterflosser. The water reservoir hold barely enough water to rinse my mouth in one fill.
Second purchase of same item is now faulty- what can be done? It is usually outside of the one year warranty, but shortly after. It cant be repaired and should be replaced for free or @ least 1/2 price.

I brush 4 minutes, floss, use a picky thing between each tooth, then a rubber tip and still had problems.
Price
I loved that it came with the cradle charger, which previous brand still didn’t have for a reasonable price.
It worked great at first but i thought that at such a great price it won't last more than a year.
Just bought another at their ebay store for almost $10 less.
Price was a bit cheaper than the price i paid 7 years ago.
Shipping
It was easy to connect them and first delivery.
First one traveled to japan with me and worked fantastic.
Our order came a day earlier than had been promised.
I called customer service they sent me a main section of the water pick.
Packaging/appearance
I haven't used it for travel yet, but i can see how it should be very easy to pack and carry (that's the reason for 4 stars).
Competitiveness
We like the ongoing upgrades they’ve made to the poseidon and in comparison to top brands, this version works best for us becau... Read More
Compared to my monsterous waterpick this thing is awesome.
I've tried the portable water pik version and it's not nearly as good as this one.
We had another brand a few years back and it had to be filled 2-3 times before you could finish.

I really like this but this is about the 4th one i’ve purchased in the last 2 years as the corded chargers inevitably end up not charging every 6 months or so
