Pros
The customer service is top notch. The only downside is the supplied mounting stickers or whatever they're called. Holds very well. Up to 14.
Cons
It sometimes disconnects and then reconnects without warning. The plug split at it’s seems. Won't stay plugged in lighter socket.

This product works great, i have no complaints about it.
Very nice quality for price, would buy again
Just need to be sure you unplug them when you park the car, it looks like they might still draw power with the car off.
Looked at the product page here on amazon and found that there is a replaceable fuse in the plug of the unit.

It is also clearly a return as the packaging has rips and tears on it.
Competitiveness
The usb ports are also decent; however, i would like to see more usb3.
Otherwise this would have been a 5-star review.
