Item is great looks elegant and does what it’s meant to do i give it only 3 stars because i’m one of those people that looks into detail for me an item with a high value i’d expect something that looks new upon inspection i saw many scrapes and when the arms were pulled out you could easily see that the arms were not level with one anotherupdate mar 3 2033after my post customer service reached out to make things right they were very kind with each message and thankful for my feedback
