I had been using the end of a pulled apart bobby pin to try and clean out my ears which i know is a terrible idea

Its hard to tell from the photo but one end has a really slim edge that scoops and the other is kind of a beveled round edge that you can kind of swirl in your ear to collect wax in between

I use this for my kids just to get the ear wax right around the edge of the ear out

It requires good handeye coordination and great care so that one doesnt push the instrument too far into the ear canal and puncture the tympanic membrane eardrum
