Have other ravpower products, including a phone power bank and a wall charger and they've all been good to me.

Also the 3 second power button function to turn on the ac output can also be used to turn it off before the auto shut off feature kicks in

The title of 20000 mah is misleading since it only has an effective amount of aproximately 1320 mah you ca probably find it written somewhere in the description

The only thing i would be aware of is that it comes with a usbc cable for charging i didn’t try charging it via usb but it does not come with the adapter

Materials pretty nice finishing and good constructionweight slightly heavier than i thought but given the capacity its okay
