I wish there was an option to use a regular battery for back up once the battery it came with died but there is a wire connection that it wont allow me to do that

Ordered this because my daughter loves bubbles we used it twice stored it indoors always and charged the battery for a long time and it stopped working not despite all that incredibly disappointed since it was a expensive to only get a month of use
