This blender crushes ice like it's butter. Even when putting in frozen fruit with juice, the thing still crushes everything down and i still have no chunks whatsoever. It even works with ice, but i just make sure to use smaller pieces.

When it comes to cleaning i dont usually have a lot of scrubbing to do with the blades as nothing really sticks to them

What i thought was really neat was that after i blended it i turned the mixer upside down and unscrewed the blade base to replace it with a flat bottom

You dont want to put it in the dishwasher or you could damage it
