It does not replace the mattress protector the inner pad that has a fold instead of a zipper and has a diamondshaped pattern nor does it replace the inner mattress itself the styrofoam or memory foamtype substance on the inside

I have not found any other companies that make a compatible mattress cover for the uppababy bassinet so if you want extras or replacements this is what youre buying

I cant say for certain but ive never seen another bassinet the same size as uppababys so i assume that this product is not compatible with any other bassinets

This is identical to the sheet that comes with the uppababy bassinet but note that this includes only the outermost layer not the waterproof liner underneath
