They work great but it does take some muscle to disconnect the car seat from the stroller because the release points are on the sides and you have to press down on them but lift the whole seat at the same time

While the uppababy website shows that only their mesa carseat can be used in the lowerfront position these adaptors can also be used in the lower position in conjunction with the lower adaptors

I would not use these with a cybex seat for a tiny newborn because of the angle but by one month it was fine

It is also hard to disconnect bc of the awkward position of the buttons you have to push to release the seat
