Pros

The uppababy cruz stroller seat fits perfectly in the stroller. It makes the seat cozy and appropriate for a newborn. I still use it with my 8 month old (without the wedge piece and the head rest of course) as it make the seat much more padded.

The trick is to detach the metal d-rings on each side by sliding them through the straps. At first glance it doesn't seem like they're detachable but they are. Once you have them detached it's a fairly straight forward process.
