I like that the bag takes the beating (scuffing up, etc) rather than the car seat. The only downside is the expense but after reading how the other car seat travel bags hold up, i can say this one did not rip.
Cons
From a company that prides itself in high quality and simplicity, this is disappointing.
Uppababy isurance is fake. The last thing parents want is even more gate check items. This bag is poorly made for its price.

Snug fit, but kept everything together and high quality, sturdy material.
Packaging/appearance
Very easy to use with pictures inside the bag.
The other major downside i feel is that it does not stand upright in the bag.
Our first one ripped on the very first flight we used it on (gate checked).
Competitiveness
This bag does the job and actually fit in more uppababy accessories than i thought it would.
We used this a few times to carry our uppababy mesa through the airport and onto the plane.
Not sure it's much better than the no-name bags.

My husband was dubious about paying so much money for a stroller bag

Padding is very minor appearance of it blends in with other bags so put a bow on it all straps are sturdy

On our second trip we decided to forego the bag since it seemed like an unnecessary hassle to carry it around and then breakdown the stroller to put it in the bag

Wouldnt you know a little buckle which helps hold the seat upright was broken during transit
