It worked fine for a couple of weeks but then the numbers became skewed by a decimal point incorrectly placed

I didnt think it a serious problem and tried to get help from corporate hq which you can only reach via email the company has no telephone listing

But to my surprise it took twentyfour hour for an initial response saying it would take another twentyfour to research the issue

Still have to watch where the arm is laying and dont understand all of the requirements that dont seem to be required when at a doctors office
