Quality

Supper quiet and fairly easy to install.

Easy to install and you still have plenty of window to be able to look out.

The unit is not even a month old and the amount of work needed to replace the circuitboard is a lot, if that even fixes the issue.

One still works fine, the other broke within about two weeks.

I was leery at first due to this having no reviews originally, but the price was right and i wanted a u-shaped ac.

Shipping

They were quick to respond via email and even picked up when i called.

So, now i’m stuck trying to get a return without having to pay a ton of money to ship something this heavy.

Packaging/appearance

The unit came undamaged and looks pretty good, especially after installation.

Upon opening and unpacking the unit, we found the top bowed, and a couple of dents in the body.

Packaging looked a bit rough but not bad.
