Pros

We let the product sit overnight in case there were any issues with the compressor tipping over during transit. It automatically starts making more ice when you remove ice from the bucket (or when ice melts and the bucket becomes low on ice).

The noise level is nothing bothersome. The exhaust fan generates a noise level similar to that of a working refrigerator, which is easily tolerable for most users. It’s pretty quiet but does make some humming noises.

Softer/crunchy ice is something we go crazy for at home. This ensures that you always have a ready supply of delicious nugget ice at your disposal. No more futzing with ice trays at 6 am making coffee.

This versatility allows you to tailor the ice-making process to your convenience. It features two touch * on/off and self-cleaning functions that easily gauge a machine’s status at a glance.

Cons

When it first starts up it comes out as mush. Came up with a blinking snow flake. It is extremely loud and makes a crazy screechy sound constantly.

Had a few questions with it and the manufacturer responded quickly and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect.

Contacted company, after sending back and forth info they mailed ice binn and scoop, so far machine operating good.

After a couple of emails explaining my problem they sent me a brand new one for a replacement which i received within a week.

Let me say, the packaging was amazing.

Perfectly packed and the instruction manual is 1st class.

Of all the ice makers we tried, this is the best one for the cost.

There are other machines that do the same thing better at the same price or cheaper.
