5 and i decided to go with a large

I was between a medium and a large according to the sizing chart my wais is about 29

I will say originally ordering the medium was a size up than i normally order based on their chart but was true to my measurements

Based on measurement chart ordered a medium which was too big decided to order small to see what would fit better
