Waist fit fine but the shoulder straps are way too big

So first off when this skirt came in one of the suspenders had a busted seam

Where it connected to the skirt in the front was holding on for dear life by a few threads

Now i was able to repair this myself no problem because i know how to sew but what a sad purchase this would have been otherwise

Then the parts that you put on ur arm started to break and the seams at the bottom of the skirt broke off and then i was left with only the skirt itself

I think other reviews mentioned the shoulder straps being too long and i did find that to be the case with where i wanted the skirt to sit and with how the model in the picture has it
